For just £9.99 month we offer a remote technical support service to home users.

On average most homes have 4 or more internet connected devices and sometimes this technology goes wrong.  More often when this happens you end up taking your device to a local store and leaving it with them to assess and repair.

Why not instead get a trusted local business to resolve your problem remotely from the comfort of your own home?  Our highly skilled technicians will remedy the problems remotely as quickly as possible from for only £9.99 per month.

What’s Included

Remote installation of a recognised and approved remote access software.
30 minutes per month remote support.

What’s Covered

Technical issues.
Email setup.
Browser issues (IE, Firefox, Chrome).
Performance issues.

This service requires that you have access to a phone within reach of your computer and an operational internet connection.

Although must issues can be resolved remotely, not all can. We therefore provide an additional on-site service, which is charged at £69 per hour.

All work is done in complete confidentiality and the remote connection is done via professional helpdesk software using full encryption.

You can even book a time that’s most convenient for you during our opening hours.

Most support calls are 12 minutes. So, if you utilized your 30 minutes every month over a 12-months, the equivalent cost in our workshop would be £354.

To utilise this service, you will be required to sign up to a monthly direct debit for £9.99 inclusive per month for a minimum of 3 months, with one months notice thereafter.

We are unable to cover the following via remote support:

  • Tuition, for example word processing, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
  • Data Recovery.
  • Website & Hosting issues.
  • Wireless printer/scanner or networking setup.
